Jean Genie’s marvellous cake!

As you all know, we take our office cake days very seriously at Scarlett & Mustard HQ and yesterday was Jean Genie’s turn.

Jean’s almond & raspberry sponge went down a treat, both in the office and on Facebook!

The recipe is a close guarded secret but I (LMS) have a sneaky feeling that this recipe might be very close!
