You may have noticed three new additions to our Jelly with Welly range; Mint Jelly, Redcurrant Jelly and Rosemary Jelly.

Mint Jelly

  • Great with lamb
  • Melt a dollop over new potatoes or green beans
  • Mix mint jelly with coriander and yogurt and spoon over roasted aubergineRedcurrant Jelly
    • Add a spoonful to gravies
    • Pairs well with venison
    • Melted as a sauce with duck
    • Melt and serve as a fruity dressing

Rosemary Jelly

  • Mix with vinegar and use to dress a goat’s cheese salad
  • Use in a sauce for braised red cabbage
  • With cheese and crackers
  • Great with poultry and lamb
