500g pack of ready made puff pastry
3 Large Tomatoes
4 Tablespoons of Scarlett & Mustard Chilli Jam
3 Tablespoons of Crème Fraiche
A few drops of Basil Oil
1. Preheat oven to 180°c.
2. Use a rolling pin to roll out the size and shape you want your tart base, then fold in the edges about 2cm to form the sides of the tart. Pop it on a baking tray.
3. Take the Scarlett & Mustard Chilli Jam and spread over the base of the tart, then slice the tomatoes and spread evenly over the tart on top of the chilli jam.
4. Cook for 20 minutes.
5. When cooked, dollop crème fraiche over the top and drizzle on Basil Oil.
