Tomato & Chilli Jam Tart

Ingredients:

For the Puff Pastry:

1 pack of 500g ready made puff pastry

For the filling:

3 Large Tomatoes

4 Tablespoons of Billy’s Champion Chilli Jam

3 Tablespoons of Crème Fraiche

A few drops of Divine Fragrant Basil Oil

Method:

For the Puff Pastry:

Use a rolling pin to roll out the size and shape you want your tart base, then fold in the edges about 2cm to form the sides of the tart.

For the filling:

Take the Chilli Jam and spread over the base of the tart, then slice the tomatoes and spread evenly over the tart on top of the chilli jam. Cook for 20 minutes.

When cooked, dollop crème fraiche over the top and drizzle on Basil Oil.
