The Colonel’s Poppy Seed and Parmesan Lollipops
Preheat the oven to 220oc and line a couple of backing sheets
Grate 80g of parmesan and add about 20g of sesame seeds and a glug of the poppy seed dressing (couple of tablespoons) and combine well.
Using a circle cutter as a guide, spread a very thin layer onto the lined baking tray and repeat (should make 10 if you go for a reasonable size, remember they’ll spread!)
Cook for 4 minutes, swapping the trays round after 2.
Leave to crisp for a couple of minutes, then slide off sheets and dry on kitchen roll to remove any excess oil.
Enjoy whilst still warm!
