Crunchy, nutty sweet potato chips are a healthy and tasty option, great with summer BBQs and salads, or for warming winter roasts.
Sweet potatoes, cut into slender lengths
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
- Place sweet potato onto a baking tray.
- Season with a little sea salt & black pepper.
- Drizzle over a little Scarlett & Mustard Pumpkin Seed Oil.
- Bake for 20 mins or until crispy.
- Serve hot from the oven.
