Crunchy, nutty sweet potato chips are a healthy and tasty option, great with summer BBQs and salads, or for warming winter roasts.


Sweet potatoes, cut into slender lengths

Scarlett & Mustard Pumpkin Seed Oil


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Place sweet potato onto a baking tray.
  3. Season with a little sea salt & black pepper.
  4. Drizzle over a little Scarlett & Mustard Pumpkin Seed Oil.
  5. Bake for 20 mins or until crispy.
  6. Serve hot from the oven.
