Kale is a nutritional wonder due to the amounts of vitamins A, K, B6 and C, calcium, potassium, copper and manganese it contains. This is why lots of folk refer to it as a superfood. Eat a mountain of it raw in our twist on Caesar salad.

Ingredients
Kale – a mountain of it
400g tin chickpeas – rinsed and drained
Scarlett & Mustard Hail Caesar Imperial Dressing
Method
Thoroughly wash and dry your kale, as it can often be a bit sandy or gritty.
Mix up your kale, chickpeas and Scarlett & Mustard Hail Caesar Imperial Dressing in a bowl.
Serve, with more Scarlett & Mustard Hail Caesar Imperial Dressing alongside.
