makes 12 small pancakes
1 free range egg
1/2 tbsp baking powder
salt and pepper
10 spring onions, roughly chopped
oil for frying
Ornamental Ginger & Soy Sauce
Make our basic fluffy pancake mix by putting the flour into a mixing bowl and whisking in an egg, then add the milk, baking powder, a small pinch of salt and a good grind of black pepper.
Add the chopped spring onions and stir.
Pop oil a frying pan and bring to a good heat and drop in a spoonful of the mixture, cook for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve with Ornamental Ginger & Soy Sauce as a dipping sauce, and decorate with coriander leaves. Yum Yum!
