Eat these tasty beauties as a healthy snack, or fling some in a salad for a bit of crunch.
400g tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Auntie Frog’s Lime & Chilli Dressing
Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Spread the chickpeas on a tea towel and pat them dry. Remove any loose skins.
Transfer the chickpeas to the baking tray and toss them with a good drizzle of Auntie Frog’s Lime & Chilli Dressing and a few pinches of salt.
Roast the chickpeas for 20 to 30 minutes, or until lightly brown and crisp.
Remove from the oven and, while the chickpeas are still warm, toss with a little paprika.
Store at room temperature and eat within 2 days (or they’ll soften).
