a few ripe cherry tomatoes
Rosie’s Doo Dah Sauce
granary or walnut bread
prosciutto or parma ham
Halve the cherry tomatoes and drizzle over a little Rosie’s Doo Dah Sauce.
Thinly slice a fresh loaf of granary or walnut bread, lightly toast, then cut in half.
Spoon the tomatoes on top, then wrap a couple of slices of prosciutto or parma ham all the way around the toast and tomatoes, making a parcel.
Sprinkle with some chopped fresh basil, a little more Rosie’s Doo Dah Sauce and serve. Yum yum!
