Rosie’s Doo Dah Parma Ham Bruschetta

Halve a few ripe cherry tomatoes, & drizzle over a little Doo-Dah Sauce.  Thinly slice a fresh loaf of granary or walnut bread, & lightly toast, then cut in half.   Spoon the tomatoes on top, then wrap a couple of slices of prosciutto or parma ham all the way around the toast & tomatoes, making a parcel.  Sprinkle with some chopped fresh basil, a little more sauce & serve.   Yum yum!
