Roast Lamb Chops with Mutti’s Mint & Redcurrant Dressing

Take some English lamb chops and roast in the oven on high (200C) for 15-20 minutes so that they’re crispy on the outside and still a little pink on the inside.

Rest for a few minutes, then serve with mashed potato and spring greens (cabbage, carrots etc) and a large dollop of Mutti’s on the side. Yum yum!
