Sausages of your choice

200g jar Red Onion Marmalade


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Separate and prick each sausage and place onto a baking tray.
  3. Spread the Red Onion Marmalade over the sausages.
  4. Bake for 15-20 mins.
  5. Serve with creamy mash or in a crusty roll.
