Red Onion Marmalade Sausages

The ultimate warming, wintry food.

Serve these bangers with a mound of mash, or serve on Bonfire night in hotdogs!


900g good quality sausages

2 heaped tbsps Scarlett & Mustard red onion marmalade

Cracked black pepper

Sea salt


Preheat the oven at 180 c

Separate and prick each sausage and place into a mixing bowl

Add the red onion marmalade, black pepper and salt into the bowl and mix together

Cover the bottom of a roasting tray with tin foil and place the sausages in the tray, spreading the mixture over the top evenly as well

Place in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes, until the sausages are hot in the middle and the red onion mixture is bubbling

Serve with creamy mash and peas yum yum!
