This is the ultimate dinner in a flash, it’s virtually zero effort and on the table in less than 15 minutes: ideal for busy weeknights.
1 packed of potato gnocchi
Red Onion Marmalade, a very heaped tablespoon
grated cheese, a couple of handfuls
salt and pepper
Preheat your grill to a medium/high heat.
Boil your gnocchi according to the packet instructions and drain well.
Pop your gnocchi into a wide shallow baking tray; it’s best to get it in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and mix to stop it sticking together.
Add a very generous heaped tablespoon of Red Onion Marmalade and mix again.
Top with grated cheese, breadcrumbs (if you fancy) and salt and pepper.
Grill until the cheese is bubbling.
