2 little gem lettuces
Auntie Frog’s Lime & Chilli Dressing
Hillfarm’s rapeseed oil mayonnaise
2 handfuls of cooked prawns
salt and pepper
Take the little gem lettuces, separate the leaves and trim to the size of a tablespoon head.
Mix together a spoon each of Auntie Frog’s Lime & Chilli Dressing and Hillfarm’s rapeseed oil mayonnaise then add in some fat juicy cooked prawns.
Fill the leaves with the mixture, add a little black pepper, a squeeze of lemon, then eat with fingers or a fork. Yum!
