Great for a speedy starter, double or triple this recipe as required.
Auntie Frog’s Lime & Chilli Dressing
2 generous handfuls of prawns
2 tbsp mayo (we used fat free)
2 tbsp natural yoghurt (again we went fat free)
a bed of pretty salad leaves
Drizzle some Auntie Frog’s Lime & Chilli Dressing directly into a hot pan.
Once hot, add your prawns and fry gently until warmed through.
Remove from the heat and pop the prawns into a bowl along with your mayo and yoghurt. Mix it up well.
Cover your plates or serving dish with salad leaves and arrange your prawns on top. Have a bottle of Auntie Frog’s Lime & Chilli Dressing on the table, in case anyone fancies an extra drizzle or two.
