Give a supermarket hoisin sauce a little zhuzh with just three extra ingredients.

Ingredients
120g sachet of Hoisin Sauce
2 tablespoons of Spiced Plum Chutney
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
a thumb sized piece of root ginger, finely grated
Method
Mix all the ingredients together and use as your new favourite stir fry sauce. Great with chicken, beef or tofu, plus oodles of veggies.
