Granny’s Eggs Benedict
Grill, roast or griddle some bacon until crispy and when nearly ready, pop an English muffin into the toaster.
Poach a fresh British free-range egg to your liking, then assemble your muffin, bacon and poached egg.
Drizzle with Granny’s Dressing, add a twist of freshly ground black pepper and enjoy with a Bucks Fizz and your favourite glossy mag. Yum yum!
