2 little gem lettuces or other fresh, tasty leaves
cooked chicken pieces
a small bundle of cooked asparagus spears
toasted pine nuts
ripe baby cherry tomatoes, halved
1 ripe avocado, roughly chopped
Granny’s Original Tarragon Dressing
freshly grated parmesan cheese
Fry some lardons of British bacon then set to one side.
Take a couple of little gem lettuces and any other salad leaves such as chard, oak leaf, lambs lettuce etc wash and arrange in a bowl.
Add torn pieces of cold roasted or poached chicken, along with the asparagus and lardons. Next, throw in some pine nuts and the baby cherry tomatoes and avocado.
To finish, pour over Granny’s Original Tarragon Dressing, and sprinkle over some grated parmesan cheese.
