Gluten-Free Nachos with Hot & Spicy Salsa

What do you call cheese that isn’t yours?

…Nacho cheese!

We promise that this recipe is a LOT better than our jokes!

Ingredients 

500g Well & Truly gluten-free tortilla chips

200g gluten-free cheese

200g Hot & Spicy salsa

200g Purely Pesto black olive tapenade

1 sliced avocado

2 small red & green chillies (optional)

Cracked black pepper

Wedge of lemon to serve

Method 

Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees

Spread the tortilla chips evenly in a baking tray

Spoon the Hot & Spicy Scarlett & Mustard salsa over the tortilla chips

Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the chips and dip

Place the tray in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese in bubbling

Whilst the nachos are baking slice an avocado and the chillis

Take the nachos out of the oven add the avocado and chillis to the chips

Lastly slice a wedge of lemon place on the side of the baking tray and a twist of cracked black pepper
