Here at S&M HQ our love of marmalade is up there with that of Paddington Bear, so we don’t just pop it on our toast. This classic cocktail originates from The Savoy during the 1920s, and was intended for use as hair of the dog. We think it’s best served with great company and lots of laughter.

Ingredients
4 spoons of Seville Orange Marmalade
60ml Dry Gin
5ml Campari
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Method
Stir Seville Orange Marmalade with the gin in the base of a cocktail shaker, until the marmalade has dissolved.
Add your other ingredients, shake with ice, strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a twist of orange zest.
