Arrange mixed lettuce leaves on a plate with some chopped anchovies, toasted pine nuts and croutons.
Then customise it to your taste- add left over roast chicken, fried pancetta, some grated fresh parmesan, a twist of fresh ground black pepper, and then of course, a good slug of Scarlett & Mustard Hail Caesar Imperial Dressing.
Enjoy with a glass of chilled white wine.
