Chicken & Mango Croustade with Auntie Frogs
Take the flesh of a ripe sweet mango and chop finely. Lick your fingers (then wash your hands) and mix the mango with diced cold chicken breast (cooked – use your left-over roast chicken) and 3–4 tablespoons of Auntie Frog’s Dressing. Mix well and serve on mini croustade cups (available in good delis and farm shops). Yum!
