A quick lunch to put together when you are pushed for time.
1 tortilla wrap
your favourite Scarlett & Mustard Tomato Salsa
cooked chicken pieces or leftover roast chicken shredded
a ripe avocado ripped into chunks
grated cheese (optional)
1. Pop your wrap on your prettiest plate and spread with a generous layer of your favourite Scarlett & Mustard Tomato Salsa.
2. Scatter one half of the wrap with your chicken pieces, avocado and salad, plus the cheese if you are using.
3. Fold in half and enjoy. You’ll need a napkin to wipe your chin for this one!
