Marinate spare ribs in a generous amount of Ornamental Dressing, preferably over night in the fridge. An hour before cooking remove from the fridge and cook the ribs either in a hot oven or on the BBQ.
If you are using the BBQ, remove the ribs from the marinade and bring the liquid up to the boil in a sauce pan to pour over the ribs when ready.
Mix grated carrot, courgette and cooked cooled noodles with a drizzle of Dill Oil and chopped fresh dill.
Season with salt and pepper.
