This is great for if you have a hungry hoard to feed, so cook the quantity that works for you.

Ingredients
Good quality spare ribs from your butcher
Ornamental Ginger & Soy Sauce
Carrots, grated
Courgettes, shredded
Cooked egg noodles
Method
Marinate spare ribs in a generous amount of Ornamental Ginger & Soy Sauce, preferably over night in the fridge.
An hour before cooking remove from the fridge, then cook the ribs either in a hot oven or on the BBQ. Retain the marinade.
Bring the marinade up to the boil in a sauce pan to pour over the ribs when ready.
Mix the carrot, courgette and cooked cooled noodles with a drizzle of dill oil and chopped fresh dill.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mound the noodles into bowls and pop the ribs on the side. Hey presto! A feast from the Orient!
