1 pack of halloumi cheese
Auntie Frog’s Lime & Chilli Dressing
bread to serve
Cut the halloumi cheese into medium slices. Place in a bowl and coat with Auntie Frog’s Lime & Chilli Dressing.
Leave to marinate for half an hour.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and fry the halloumi slices for 2 minutes on each side. You may need to do this in batches, depending on the size of your pan.
Arrange on a plate with mixed olives, drizzle over the remaining marinade, sprinkle with some chopped fresh coriander and serve with fresh lime wedges and some artisan bread. Yum!
