Auntie Frog’s with Halloumi Cheese

Cut the halloumi cheese into medium slices.  Place in a bowl and coat with Auntie Frog’s Lime & Chilli Dressing.  Leave to marinate for half an hour.   Then heat a non-stick frying pan and fry the halloumi slices for 2 minutes on each side.

Arrange on a plate with mixed olives, drizzle over the remaining marinade, sprinkle some chopped fresh coriander and serve with fresh lime wedges and some artisan bread.  Yum!
