Well we couldn’t resist making a curd with Yuzu once we’d tasted it! A Japanese citrus fruit resembling a small grapefruit, it is tart and very fragrant, and perfect for making curd!
A rich and indulgent addition to pancakes, waffles, crumpets and scones and meringues. Or swirl into ice cream, whipped cream, creme fraiche or yoghurt for an instant pud. Also great as a filler or topping for pies, crumbles, pastries cakes and tarts. Just Add Food!
