Toffee Apple Curd
One of more unusual curds, this was inspired from the sticky sweet toffee apples we had as children.
Wonderful in crumbles and as a filling for cakes, tarts, pastries and pies. Try swirling it through whipped cream, creme fraiche or yoghurt for an instant pud. Just Add Food!

Sugar, apple puree (11%), free range pasteurised whole egg, free range pasteurised egg yolk, butter (milk, salt), muscovado sugar, concentrated lemon juice, citric acid. Gelling agent: fruit pectin.
