Ornamental Ginger & Soy Sauce

£4.00

This dark, rich and moreish Oriental dressing was inspired by our travels to the East. We use fresh ginger to create an intense, zingy flavour. Paired with soy sauce and a hint of sugar it is the perfectly balanced dressing.

Years ago, Chloe when small called it Ornamental insead of Oriental, and the name stuck! This dressing is a great in a stir fry, as a marinade for game, meat and fish, or simply as a dressing.  Shake well and Just Add Food!

Special fact: the very first Scarlett & Mustard Great Taste Award winner.

English rapeseed oil, dark soy sauce (14%) (water, sugar, salt, soy sauce extract (water, soya beans, wheat salt), acidity regulator: lactic acid), rice vinegar, honey, water, ginger (6.7%), garlic, cornflour.

Very tasty and versatile. It can be used in many different dishes but we use it mainly on fresh fish, it brings the flavour out

Ginger & soy sauce

Very useful as cooking sauce & marinade - but separates quickly when you come to tip it out of the bottle
