This dark, rich and moreish Oriental dressing was inspired by our travels to the East. We use fresh ginger to create an intense, zingy flavour. Paired with soy sauce and a hint of sugar it is the perfectly balanced dressing. Shake well and dress your desired dish with style!
This dressing is a great accompaniment to a stir fry. Fry your meat and vegetables (or just veggies!) in a wok, whilst cooking your noodles in a separate pan. Once cooked, drizzle our ornamental sauce over your meat and vegetables, stirring to make sure there is an even coating. Add in your noodles, mix well and add a final topping of our dressing – then enjoy!
Years ago, my daughter Chloe would always call our dressing the ‘ornamental’ sauce. We liked the name so much that it stuck over the years and so only thought it appropriate that it was then labelled this.
A winner of a Great Taste Award, we also suggest using this as a marinade for fish, chicken, beef and pork. Simply shake like mad and add food!
