A match made in heaven – fresh mint and redcurrants! Designed originally as a marinade and sauce for lamb dishes, we have since discovered many other ways it can be used.
Inspired by Julian’s mother Mutti (German for mum), this is wonderful stirred into vegetable couscous, poured over crushed new potatoes or as a dressing for any salad. A fantastic marinade for lamb too.
