Sicilian Lemon Curd
The most classic of our fruit curds, made with delicious tart Sicilian lemons for the perfect flavour balance. We also add in lemon zest for a more intense flavour.
An essential item in any self-respecting kitchen cupboard, there are endless ways to use this quintessentially English sweet treat: on pancakes, waffles, scones, crumpets or toast. As a filling for cakes, pastries, pies and tarts and of course, lemon meringue pie. Mix into whipped cream, creme fraiche or yoghurt for an instant fool. Or do as we do – eat straight from the jar! Just Add Food!
