Sicilian Lemon Curd

Need a speedy impressive pudding? Whip a jar through some cream cheese and spread on a biscuit base to make a heavenly simple cheesecake! Or for all the baker’s out there mix 200g into your cake batter and bake! you will be left with the most flavourful cake you have tasted.

This curd adds a burst of summer to a yoghurt and granola pot, make a base layer of granola. Add in the yoghurt, almost to the top. Swirl in a dessert spoon of curd and garnish with fresh fruit for a perfect breakfast or snack!
