A sweet and tangy relish, created with the combination of red peppers, tomatoes, ginger and chilli, there is literally nothing this doesn’t complement. A little chilli kick makes it family friendly too.
An essential ingredient of pretty much any sandwich, roll or wrap, this is also the perfect partner for a cheeseboard, can be stirred into casseroles, sauces or gravies for extra flavour, or mixed into cream cheese for an instant dip.
