This jam is a great filling for cakes, scones, crumpets, waffles, pancakes and pastries. Also can be stirred into double cream and popped into the freezer for an instant ice cream. Just Add Food!

Special Fact: Blackcurrants were first cultivated in Russia in the 11th Century. In the UK from 1942 onwards, Blackcurrant syrup was given out free to children under the age of 2, cementing this country’s love of blackcurrant juice.
