A tangy blend of ingredients. Fresh coriander, zingy lime and a kick of chilli, our best selling dressing is fantastic for any savoury meal. This sauce is not only great for a powerful stir fry but is the perfect addition to any meat that needs a marinade.
For a spicy salmon linguine, preheat the oven to 180c. Place your salmon fillet in tin foil on a tray. Gently pour our Lime & Chilli Dressing on the salmon and brush for an even coat. Wrap it up and cook for 10-15 minutes. Bring your linguine (or desired pasta) to the boil and gently simmer for 10 minutes until cooked through. For the sauce you’ll need double cream (or creme fraiche), grated parmesan, a dash of white wine, a squeeze of lemon, diced garlic, salt and pepper and finally about 75ml of our dressing. Gently heat altogether in a pan. Once the pasta is cooked drain and place back in it’s pan. Add your cooked salmon and the sauce and stir until mixed well. Serve and grate parmesan over if desired – enjoy!
