Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs.

Chilli Oil

Hot, but not too hot, this oil has a beautiful reddish hue.  It’s great drizzled on pizzas, pastas, risottos and soups.  Use as a base for sauces, soups and stews.  Coat root vegetables and slow roast.

Garlic Oil

Highly aromatic with a fantastic taste and smell.  Drizzle on pizzas, pastas, risottos and soups.  Mix into potato dishes or add to mushroom and cheese dishes.  Use as a dipping oil with rustic bread.

Smoked Oil

Wonderful smokey aroma and taste, this oil has been naturally cold smoked over a 24 hour period.  Use it to saute meat, fish or vegetables, as a dipping oil for rustic bread, and great as a rub for jacket potatoes.

Sublime English
Truffle Oil

Because we love to support British farming, our Truffle Oil is made with truffles grown in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside and with local cold press extra virgin rapeseed oil.

And we’re thrilled it’s just won a Great Taste Award – the judges said “a beautiful golden liquid – excellent on the nose, with very powerful truffle aromas – clean, buttery and fragrant, rich and creamy”.

Try it drizzled on pastas, risottos or stirred through soups and stews. It is also delicious in mashed potato, cauliflower cheese and scrambled eggs. But let your imagination run wild and have fun experimenting!

Basil Oil

Known as the King of Herbs, the basil really comes through in this wonderfully aromatic oil. It is the perfect accompaniment to tomatoes, avocados, cheeses, and can also be used in pasta, risotto and soups. Use either to cook or to finish.

Dill Oil

With all the delicate and fresh fragrance of one of our favourite herbs, this oil is truly stylish! Traditionally good with all fish, we also love it in potato salad, on smoked salmon blinis, in cheese dips and soups, and with poultry. Use either to cook or to finish.
