High Point: We’re taking liberties this week as we’d really like to share 2 High Points with you! ONE – we won two Great British Food Awards for our Rhubarb & Vanilla Curd and our Ploughman’s Pickle. And TWO – the arrival of our Marketing Whizz Kid, Charlotte.
Low Point: Totally unable to sleep due to eating so much pizza – many weird dreams full of Italians and Mexicans!!

Our Salsas are so versatile! As well as perfect for your homemade pizzas they also work really well as a pasta sauce base.
We simply sautéed some sausages (squeezed out their skins) and then stirred in a jar of our Hot & Spicy Salsa.
Served with tagliatelle, it’s the perfect easy and hearty mid-week supper.
