Follow this Hashtag over the next few days #SFFF16.  It took me a while to work out what it means too!  It stands for the Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2016!

High Point at the beginning of the week: Summer holidays are not quite over.

Low Point at the end of the week: Back to School!

Quote of the Week: “A fantastic show, great new and exciting suppliers and exhibitors.  Inspirational ingredients and products”. Paul A Young, Master Chocolatier and Owner, Paul A Young Fine Chocolates.

The office is a sea of boxes being packed up for our trip to London this weekend for the Speciality & Fine Food Fair.  This takes place at Olympia from 4th – 6th September and is our chance to talk to the Trade about our yummy products.

We are so proud of what we produce and I still get very excited (and immensely proud) when I see neat rows of our jars in Farm Shops and Supermarkets.

The Speciality & Fine Food Fair gives us an amazing opportunity to meet independent retailers, delicatessens, chefs, hoteliers, restaurateurs and importers, distributers and wholesalers.

The Fair also gives us a chance to see the other producers who also won Great Taste Awards this year as all the Top 50 finalists will be showcased at the event.

Keep an eye on our Social Media for our Top Tips for our delicious products.  I particularly like the idea using our delicious Toffee Apple Curd in an Apple Crumble and spreading it between the fruit and the topping!

And how about this for a quick and delicious breakfast.  Love the graphic Charlotte – our new Marketing Whizz Kid!
